Day One-Hundred-and-One

I’ve hit mid-week. I had some alcohol on Monday and Tuesday night which was a little out of the ordinary for me. I’m going to see if I can refrain from drinking for the next couple of days–maybe even through the weekend. We’ll see. Cutting alcohol is just such an easy way to cut empty calories.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (250) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen mango, cup of almond milk.

Lunch (650) Unfortunately, I forgot the lunch I was supposed to bring from home so I bought a salad a my neighborhood bodega with chicken, roasted red peppers, feta, mushrooms, vinaigrette.

Snacks (109) I had 2 cups of fresh cantaloupe when I got home.  

Dinner (857)  For dinner I made roasted pork loin, asparagus, potatoes, and (of course) a grapefruit.

Exercise

Today I did Day 10 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
