I weighed myself this morning and I am down a pound 153 lbs. YAY! Next week my goal is 152 lbs. But that all depends on my eating and exercise for the rest of the week. So I’m going to try very hard to keep it together.
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (250) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen mango, cup of almond milk.
Lunch (821) Final serving of the Kale & Quinoa Salad with Dates, Almonds & Citrus Dressing with a small apple and the remaining slice of pepperoni pizza.
Snacks (391) I met a friend for a drink and a quick catch-up, I had a cocktail and a glass of wine. Also, the bar had these amazing cracker-y bread sticks so I had a few.
Dinner (418) I made the Trader Joe’s chicken gyoza along with some frozen corn. Easy and delicious.
Today I did Day 9 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred plus I started doing week 1 of her summer abs series. Wow. That was tough.
