Day Ninety-Nine

New week, new me, new lease on life. I always feel very hopeful on Mondays.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (237) For breakfast I had the usual ‘work’ apple and oatmeal.

Lunch (747) I had another serving of the Kale & Quinoa Salad with Dates, Almonds & Citrus Dressing along with a small apple and a half slice of the homemade pepperoni pizza that’s still kicking around from last week.

Snacks (75) I ate a few green olives while I was waiting for my friend to get ready so we could leave for Shakespeare in the Park!

Dinner (823) I had a Mexican salad with carnitas, avocado, salsa, and crema. And I had 3 glasses of wine.   


No exercise today :(.
