Day Ninety-Five

I think this week is coming along nicely. It’s Thursday, we had people over for dinner last night and I didn’t go crazy and I’m looking at the weekend with my game face on…

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (250) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen mango, cup of almond milk.

Lunch (523) I had another serving of the Kale & Quinoa Salad with Dates, Almonds & Citrus Dressing along with a small apple too.

Snacks (253) I met some friends at a bar and I had 1 glass of wine and 1 cocktail.

Dinner (894) For dinner I reheated 3 slices of my homemade pepperoni pizza.

Exercise
