Day Ninety-Four

Ok, it’s Wednesday and I’m ready to keep on keeping on and just lose some damn weight. I realize that it’s about the little choices that I make everyday that eventually add up to lower numbers on the scale so I’m just trying to treat every time I put something in my mouth as an opportunity to make a healthy choice. I can do this!

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (250) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen mango, cup of almond milk.

Lunch (552) For lunch I had the last serving of the Lemony Pesto Pasta with Edamame & Almonds along with a small apple.

Snacks (0) No snacks today.

Dinner (1,067) For dinner we had some friends over and I made Lemon-Herb Fish Fillets on Crispy Potato Rafts along with some roasted asparagus, an arugula salad with a simple vinaigrette dressing and we had some bread, a few chips and some salami to start. I also had 1 glass of wine.

Exercise

Today I did Day 5 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
