Day Ninety-Two

Monday morning. I’m feeling good. I’ve made a slow transition back towards healthy eating and good goals and I’m looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow and the week ahead.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (237) Usual work breakfast: apple and an oatmeal.

Lunch (552) For lunch I had another serving of the Lemony Pesto Pasta with Edamame & Almonds along with a small apple.

Snacks (0) No snacks today.

Dinner (972) I made homemade pepperoni pizza and had 3 slices, along with a grapefruit.   


The real tragedy about taking time away from working out is how DARN sore you get when you come back to the gym. Today I can barely move my legs (ahem, delayed onset muscle soreness, I’m looking at you). So, I’m taking the day off.
