Day Ninety-One

Oh Sunday, Sunday, Sunday. I’m back at work. Back in a healthy eating mindset. Back at trying to keep my long-range goals in mind. I want to look GREAT in my bridesmaid dresses this August so I need to remain focused.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (237) It’s been so long since I’ve had my usual work breakfast that it’s almost unusual: an apple and oatmeal.

Lunch (277) I had another apple and a larabar.

Snacks (336) At work I had 15 almonds, and after work I met up with a couple of friends for a glass of wine and a deviled egg (!? random, I know…). 

Dinner (687)  For dinner I made Lemony Pesto Pasta with Edamame & Almonds and some steamed green beans. Of course, I also had a grapefruit.

Exercise

Today I did Day 3 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
