Day Eighty-Nine

It’s Friday. I’ve had a very productive day–I went grocery shopping and filled my fridge with healthy food and then I started working out again. I also weighed myself, I was very nervous but I only gave back 1 pound during my celebratory week so I’m back at 154 lbs. and hoping to weigh back in at 153 lbs. next Tuesday. We’ll see how I do this weekend.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (250) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen mango, cup of almond milk.

Lunch (660) I had a chipotle burrito bowl–no guac so it was still pretty low in calorie.

Snacks (90) I had some delicious fresh cherries!

Dinner (862) For dinner I went out for sushi! I had miso soup, a seaweed salad, and some very fresh and delicious sashimi! 

Exercise

Well, I’m back at it from the beginning again: today I did Day 1 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
