It’s Thursday. It’s been a week and I’m trying to get back on track. Today I’m beginning tracking my calories again. Today I’m beginning eating healthy again. Today I’m going to menu plan for next week and tomorrow I’m going to work out and grocery shop. Woohoo for a healthy life!
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (350) I had a Starbucks breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee (I haven’t been grocery shopping yet so we have very little to eat in our house…)
Lunch (1,020) For lunch I had a turkey sandwich a big bag of popchips. Not great choices but I still haven’t been grocery shopping and I’m easing back in to my healthy eating habits…
Snacks (50) I had some marcona almonds when I got home.
Dinner (670) For dinner I made a roasted pork loin with some potatoes, green beans, and mushrooms.
No exercise today. It all starts again tomorrow.
