Day Seventy-Nine

Ohhhh Tuesday. Well, I did better than the weekend. But I didn’t exercise and I didn’t weigh-in… But hear me out, my family arrives tomorrow and I’m getting married on Tuesday, my in-laws are meeting my family for the first time and my partner is graduating. I have a lot on my plate so to speak. My goals for the week are to keep a record of what I eat (even if it’s a lot…), to work out at least twice before Sunday, and to remember that if I gain back a few pounds this week it’s because I’m enjoying my life and once my family is gone I’ll be able to get back on track.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (350)  Oy. I had a tasty bodega sausage-egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwich.

Lunch (576) For lunch I ate the last, the VERY LAST, serving of the Chicken Pasta Bake with Spinach & Parmesan and a small apple.

Snacks (0) Surprisingly, no snacks today.

Dinner (1,050) When I got home there was no food in our apartment and I just didn’t feel like going grocery shopping so I ordered Thai food and had some chicken wings and some pad Thai type noodles.


No exercise :(.
