Day Seventy-Three

Today is Wednesday and I feel good. I’m feeling very empowered by how simple it is to see results when I eat right, track my calories, and exercise regularly. I feel like I’ve discovered some secret of the universe that I want to share with everyone but then I realize that (honestly) I’ve known this ‘secret’ all along but I just wasn’t ready to commit. Now I am and I’m so thankful. I can’t wait for the bachelorette party to be over so I can get back to really losing again :).

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (250) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen mango, cup of almond milk.

Lunch (576) I had another serving of the Chicken Pasta Bake with Spinach & Parmesan and a small apple.

Snacks (180) After work I met my partner for a glass of wine. After dinner I had a grapefruit.  

Dinner (471) For dinner I had another serving of the Lemon-Herb Fish Fillets on Crispy Potato Rafts along with a simple side salad with homemade vinaigrette. 

Exercise

Today I did Day 27 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred which was a quick 3 mile run.
