Day Seventy-Two

Weekly Weigh-In:

I weighed myself this morning and I am holding steady at 153 lbs. I know this is because I rocked all week and then went nuts this weekend. But you know what, considering the all the temptations of the weekend I’m actually pretty pleased that I didn’t gain anything. I’m heading to Palm Springs and a bachelorette party this weekend so I don’t anticipate losing anything and my goal is to weigh-in at 153 lbs. again next Tuesday. After that I hope to start losing again.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (328) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen mango, cup of almond milk, plus a grapefruit.

Lunch (576) I had another serving of the Chicken Pasta Bake with Spinach & Parmesan and a small apple.

Snacks (78) One grapefruit.

Dinner (943)  For dinner I made Lemon-Herb Fish Fillets on Crispy Potato Rafts along with a simple side salad with homemade vinaigrette and some roasted asparagus.

Exercise

Today I did Day 26 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
