Day Seventy-One

It’s Monday. I’m back at it. My plan is to replicate last week’s eating and exercise habits and then hopefully (hopefully) be a little bit more conscientious when I’m in Palm Springs this weekend.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (237) Work breakfast of an apple and oatmeal was nice today. Healthy and low-key.

Lunch (576) I had a serving of the Chicken Pasta Bake with Spinach & Parmesan and a small apple.

Snacks (173) I had one grapefruit and one tablespoon of peanut butter.

Dinner (659) I had another serving of the Chicken Pasta Bake with Spinach & Parmesan along with a simple side salad with homemade vinaigrette and steamed green beans.

Exercise

Today I did Day 25 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
