Day Sixty-Six

Ok it’s Wednesday and I am ROCKING this week so far. I feel great! I’ve been eating well! I feel so positive! Hopefully I can carry this trend through the week and into the weekend.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (237) Oatmeal and an apple–of course.

Lunch (568) For lunch I had THE LAST serving of the Yogurt & Dill Chicken Salad along with a small apple and a pita pocket. I need to take a break from this for a while…

Snacks (263) For snacks today I had a grapefruit, a cup of fresh cherries, and a spoonful of peanut butter.

Dinner (808)  For dinner I made Chili, Lemon, and Basil Shrimp with Israeli Couscous, frozen corn, and I piled it all on top of some arugula with a simple homemade vinaigrette. Plus I had another grapefruit.

Exercise

Today I did Day 23 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
