Well it’s Saturday and I’m at work. Which sucks. On the bright side, I’m eating super healthy cause I’m here at my desk and healthy options are my only options.
[UPDATE] But then later I went home and went crazy and ate everything in sight. Some days are like that I guess…
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (237) Work breakfast: oatmeal and an apple.
Lunch (568) For lunch I had another serving of the Yogurt & Dill Chicken Salad along with a small apple and a pita pocket.
Snacks (616) Once I got home I ate about a cup of cantaloupe, some salami, some brie, some slices of French bread, a grapefruit, and 3 thin mints…
Dinner (827) Then for dinner my partner and I ordered Thai food and I had some calamari and then some fish (unfortunately fried…) and then I had a brownie. Oh man. Not a great day.
AND I didn’t even exercise…
