Ok, Sunday and (as usual) time to reflect on weekend choices and then refocus on the coming week. I do think that the weekly calorie counts are working for me BUT I need to remember that this is not a free-for-all pass to just go nuts on Friday and Saturday.
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (335) Usual work breakfast: oatmeal and a pear. I may need to switch up my oatmeal flavor once this box is out… I’m getting a little tired of it. I also got an iced grande nonfat latte.
Lunch (787) For lunch I had the final serving of the Swiss Chard and Mushroom Galette along with a small pear.
Snacks (236) I had a grapefruit, a small sliver of banana bread and 2 thin mints.
Dinner (633) For dinner I made this Roasted Asparagus and Ricotta Pizza and it was delicious! I put pepperoni on the half for my partner and I ate from the veggie side of things.
No work out today–it was Sunday.
