Day Fifty-Three

Today is Thursday. I’m still riding the high from my 154 lb. weigh-in and I just SO SO SO want to keep it going. I’m gonna try really hard this weekend, which should be a pretty lowkey couple of days. We’ll see how it goes.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (400) I had a slice of banana bread.

Lunch (650) For lunch I had the FINAL serving of the Panang Chicken Curry with brown rice and a small pear.

Snacks (266) After work I met my partner for a glass of wine and we split some bruschetta. 

Dinner (602) For dinner I made this Four-Spice Salmon along with roasted asparagus, and then I had some dark chocolate with almonds.

Exercise

No work out today–my abs were KILLING me from yesterday’s work out and I think that if you can’t listen to your body telling you that it needs a break then you need to step back for a second and reevaluate. So, day off…
