Ok, Tuesday. Feeling good and looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow :)!
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (245) I had my usual work breakfast: oatmeal and a small pear.
Lunch (650) For lunch I had another serving of the Panang Chicken Curry with a 1/3 cup of brown rice and a small pear.
Snacks (370) At work I accidentally ate some rice candy… which was yummy but which I pretty much immediately regretted wasting my calories on. At home, I had some dark chocolate with almonds.
Dinner (613) For dinner I made this Garlicky Chicken with Lemon-Anchovy Sauce and roasted potatoes. The chicken was particularly delicious and so super easy–I’m definitely going to make it again.
Today I did Day 14 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
