Day Fifty

It’s Monday so, as usual, I’m back on track and looking forward to the week. I normally weigh-in on Tuesday mornings but this week I have to wait until Wednesday morning (a blessing and a curse) and we’ll just have to see how it goes… eep!

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (245) I had my usual work breakfast: oatmeal and a small pear.

Lunch (650) For lunch I had another serving of the Panang chicken curry with a 1/3 cup of brown rice and a small pear.

Snacks (60) A few cheese cubes at work… they were sitting out and I couldn’t resist.

 Dinner (919)  For dinner I made this  absolutely delicious Swiss Chard and  Mushroom Galette along with a  grapefruit, naturally.

Exercise
