Day Forty-Six

Well I made it to Thursday (which is technically my Friday)! Yesterday, wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible and I’m looking forward to today! I worked out early this morning which always puts me in a great mood and I’m hoping to make better, healthier snacking choices than yesterday although part of the problem is that I’m out of a lot of my staple snacks (read: grapefruits) and I really need to head to the grocery store.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (398) I made a breakfast smoothie: cup of almond milk, scoop of protein powder, frozen banana, and a cup of frozen mango. On the way in to work I snagged a iced triple espresso with some nonfat milk.

Lunch (427) For lunch I had another serving of the cauliflower and chicken sausage casserole (still got 1 more serving of this bad boy) with a small apple.

Snacks (199) For a quick snack I had a half slice of the homemade pizza from yesterday.

Dinner (756)  For dinner I met a friend at Chipotle, but I had a salad with no rice and no guacamole. I also had 1 margarita.

Exercise

Today I did Day 12 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
