Day Forty-Four

Weekly Weigh-In:

I weighed myself this morning and I am down a pound to 155 lbs. My hard work and vigilance paid off!! This feel so incredibly good. Next week my goal is to weigh in at 154 lbs. Count down to the bikini is now 5 weeks…

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (400) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen blueberries, cup of almond milk, scoop of protein powder. Then I stopped at Starbucks on my way to work for a grande nonfat misto.

Lunch (543) For lunch I reheated some of the skirt steak with crispy garlic potatoes with some apple slices on the  side.

Snacks (318) I had a grapefruit and then I ate 6 thin mints.

Dinner (633) For dinner I made Panang chicken curry with brown rice and roasted asparagus.


Today I did Day 10 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred which was 30 minutes of cardio. I tacked on an extra 10 minutes and I RAN OUTSIDE. It felt amazing.
