Day Forty-Three

Monday, monday, monday. Trying to eat really well today since I have to weigh-in tomorrow and I’m really hoping to see some progress on the scale. Fingers super-duper crossed…

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (307) Today was the usual work breakfast of oatmeal and small apple. I also stopped for a grande nonfat misto, because Monday.

Lunch (742) For lunch I had the final serving of the asparagus-spinach pesto pasta and I had a small apple.

Snacks (469)  I had a grapefruit and then I made some homemade banana bread and I have to say; there is nothing like banana bread warm from the oven. YUM!

Dinner (350) For dinner I had the second serving of cauliflower and chicken sausage casserole along with a grapefruit.

Exercise

Today I did Day 9 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
