Day Thirty-Nine

Well I meant to get up early and go work out but my bed was just the most cozy place so I burrowed in and promised myself I’d hit the gym after work.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (250) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen blueberries, cup of almond milk.

Lunch (568) For lunch I had the last serving of the yogurt and dill chicken salad stuffed into a pita with some apple slices on the  side. This was such an easy, yummy lunch to make–I’m definitely keeping it in my arsenal.

Snacks (314)  I had 23 almonds at work before heading to the gym and then later in the evening I had a grapefruit.

Dinner (760) For dinner I heated up another serving of the asparagus-spinach pesto pasta.

Exercise

Today I did Day 8 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
