Day Forty

Well, today was good and bad. I went on a 5 mile run in the park which felt amazing. And I ate a healthy breakfast. I also stayed within my calorie range. But I didn’t eat lunch. And I drank a lot (it was Friday! So sue me!). But this Friday was definitely better than last Friday so I’ll take it and hopefully next Friday I can be a little more judicious with my choices.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (395) For breakfast I had 1/3 cup of plain yogurt with 2 teaspoons of honey and some cheerios. I also had a coffee with some half and half.

Lunch (568) For lunch I had the last serving of the yogurt and dill chicken salad stuffed into a pita with some apple slices on the  side. This was such an easy, yummy lunch to make–I’m definitely keeping it in my arsenal.

Snacks (437)  Before dinner I met some friends for a glass of wine and then a margarita :).

Dinner (1,232) For dinner I had chips and guacamole along with 2 delicious tacos and a michelada.
