Day Thirty-Seven

Weekly Weigh-In:

I weighed myself this morning and I gave back a pound so I’m now at 156 lbs. Unsurprising, considering the weekend that I had. Next week my goal is to weigh in at 155 lbs. I need to remain especially vigilant over the weekend since that seems to be my danger zone. I have 6 weeks until I’m going to be in a bikini pool-side and that should be my motivation.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (379) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen blueberries, cup of almond milk, scoop of protein powder. Then I stopped at Starbucks on my way to work for a triple shot of espresso over ice with some milk.

Lunch (568) For lunch I had the second serving of the yogurt and dill chicken salad stuffed into a pita with some apple slices on the  side.

Snacks (0)  No snacks today–I’m meeting some girlfriends for wine and grilled cheese for dinner and I know I’ll need to save my calories.

Dinner (969) For dinner I had 2 glasses of wine and a delicious grilled cheese!

Exercise
