I weighed myself this morning and I’m holding steady at 155 lbs. I was hoping to drop at least a half pound but when I look back at the past week and I’m brutally honest with myself… well… I didn’t do a great job. Next week my goal is to weigh in at 154 lbs. Let’s make it happen!
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (379) Breakfast smoothie: one frozen banana, cup of frozen blueberries, cup of almond milk, scoop of protein powder. Then I stopped at Starbucks on my way to work for a venti iced coffee with some milk.
Lunch (621) For lunch I had the second serving of Smitten Kitchen’s Quiche Lorraine with a small apple.
Snacks (78) A grapefruit–of course.
Dinner (805) For dinner I made homemade pepperoni pizza with a simple salad and homemade vinaigrette.
Today I did Day 2 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
