Day Twenty-Seven

Saturday!! Thank goodness for weekends in my life.

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (78) Quick grapefruit and then out the door.

Lunch (575) For lunch I had another  serving of the chicken pasta bake with  spinach and parmesan. Only 1 serving left of this bad boy.

Snacks (0) No snacks today–I met up with friends to hang out and have some dinner and drinks during the late-afternoon and into the evening. 

Dinner (1,302) I had some wine (approximately 3 and 1/2 glasses) and some cheese slices, chips, carrots, hummus, and banana bread. Yum!
