I weighed myself this morning. And, sort of unsurprisingly, I weighed in 155 lbs. Well, I gave back a half pound although honestly, I was surprised last week when I dropped all the way from 156 lbs. to 154.5 lbs. so this is probably more realistic. My goal is to weigh in at 154 lbs. next week. Let’s make it happen!
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (263) Oatmeal and 3 clementines.
Lunch (570) For lunch I had the second serving of Smitten Kitchen’s red bean and green grain taco bowl with some tortilla chips and 3 more clementines.
Snacks (278) 4 small meringues at work and a little dark chocolate with caramel and sea salt to round out my day.
Dinner (734) For dinner my partner and I ordered in some Thai food–I had a few calamari to start and then some fried tilapia with veggies but I didn’t eat any of the rice so I thought this was ok.
Today I did Day 28 of Lauren Gleisberg’s 30×30 Fat Loss Shred.
