Day Twenty-Two

It’s Monday morning and I’m recommitting myself to my goals. I want to lead a healthy and happy life and I believe that I deserve to have the best, healthiest body that I can. Plus I have to weigh in tomorrow and I’d really like to see some progress :).

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast (333) I had oatmeal, 3 clementines, and a grande nonfat misto.

Lunch (550) For lunch I had the first of 3 servings of Smitten Kitchen’s red bean and green grain taco bowl along with a cup of blueberries and some tortilla chips.

Snacks (288)  1 grapefruit and some chocolate.

Dinner (829For dinner I made this chicken pasta bake with spinach and parmesan. And then I had some more chocolate.


Big mistake. I didn’t go to the gym today.
