TGIF! I went to the gym this morning and I feel great. It’s always better for me if I can go to the gym in the morning–it really sets the tone for my day and I tend to make better choices if I’ve already worked out because I don’t want to ‘ruin it.’
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (418) Breakfast smoothie: frozen fruit, frozen banana, cup of almond milk, scoop of protein powder. And a grapefruit of course.
Lunch (627) For lunch I reheated the last half serving of the Thai Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry (Gai Pad Khing) along with some slices of pork loin that were left over from last week. I also made myself some iced coffee and had a small apple. And I had a quarter cup of dried cranberries.
Snacks (200) I went out with some friends this evening and imbibed 2 glasses of red wine. Saving my drinking for the weekend makes those drinks taste even better because I’ve been waiting all week :).
Dinner (671) Typical NYC Friday night: got home supppppppppper late and stopped for two quick slices of pepperoni pizza.
