Well I made it through the week. And I actually did pretty well. No major binges and I tried to eat mindfully and within my calorie budget every day. My cousin is coming for dinner tonight but hopefully I can finish the week strong and have positive results when I weigh in on Tuesday morning.
What I Ate Today:
Breakfast (307) I had my work breakfast: oatmeal and a small apple. And because it was Sunday and I was tired I stopped at Starbucks on my way in a grabbed a grande nonfat misto.
Lunch (577) For lunch I had serving number 5 of of the salsa chicken casserole and a small apple.
Snacks (0) No snacks today! I’m saving all my calories for this evening.
Dinner (500) For dinner I made this chicken with sun-dried tomato cream sauce and the crispy potatoes from this recipe because they are delicious. I also made a simple green salad with a vinaigrette on the side. And I had a glass and a half of wine. And 4 thin mints…
Well I had planned on going on a run outdoors–my first of the year–but it was much colder and more blustery than I had anticipated. And I’m lazy. So no workout today.
